Managing	Dr. Ladi Okuboyejo A Medical Doctor and graduate of University of Ibadan 1976. Served on various committees at Federal and State levels during drafting of National Health Insurance Decree.  Founding member and Trustee Guild of Medical Directors. Current Chairman of Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria (HMCAN).	Executive	Mrs. Sade Okuboyejo She is a Law graduate of the University of Ibadan. She has studied at the Lagos Business School, as well as the Pushkin Institute, Moscow, Russia. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
